kurimanzutto today announced the opening of Signals: If You Like I Shall Grow, a major exhibition reimagining pioneering art gallery and convening space, Signals London (1964-1966). This is the first exhibition to reunite the works of each of Signals London’s three founding artists, David Medalla, Gustav Metzger, and Marcello Salvadori, tracing the global impact resulting from the confluence of interests at Signals London.

Signals London is celebrated internationally for its ground-breaking series of solo exhibitions, by artists including Lygia Clark, Jesus Rafael Soto, and Mira Schendel, and as a critical platform for creating aesthetic relationships between the diverse national and international avant-garde networks orbiting its founders. The exhibition was conceived by kurimanzutto co-founder José Kuri and curated by Dr. Isobel Whitelegg, in close collaboration with original supporters and founders of Signals London. The exhibition will be presented at Thomas Dane Gallery in London from June 8 – July 21, 2018.
