LAB ART Los Angeles will showcase the "Miss Danger on the Loose" exhibition which shines a spotlight on female artists in the street art scene. "Miss Danger on the Loose" will be on view from July 14th through August 18th, 2011 at LAB ART Los Angeles, a 6,500 square feet gallery located in the mid-Wilshire district of Los Angeles. The exhibition brings together a collection of a broad range of styles from some of the most dynamic up-and-coming female street artists including: Becca Midwood, K H No. 7, Sara Incognito, Clio, Random Acts, Adventures, Lydia Emily, Ease, Kym CBS, Lori Michael and Gretta Kuresi. The private exhibition opening features live painting by artist Random Acts and a Makeup Forever lipstick art piece, which will feature "kisses" from female guests and artists in attendance with proceeds to be donated to cancer research. The show is sponsored by LA Canvas, Makeup Forever and Siwy Denim.

LAB ART Los Angeles co-founder Rachel Joelson adds, "Miss Danger on the Loose" is the first exhibition of its kind to emphasize the importance of women in the street art scene. We wanted to create a snapshot of women emerging in street art, and thus we wanted to bring these women together in celebration of their art."
