Creations and artistic expressions ... galore!

The second edition of the Monaco Art dedicated to contemporary artpromises an explosion of creative and artistic expressions! From 31 March to 3 April, will be nearly 3000 works will be exhibited at the Grimaldi Forumalso with facilities throughout the Principality. Objectives: to present, explore,surprise ... and sell.

Also on the program: conferences, an interactive youth workshop called"Painting for Life" and a gala concert on April 2 at the Hotel Hermitage withthe diva of St. Petersburg Natalia Orlova.

Thursday, March 31, 19h00 to 22h00: Opening private

As part of ART MONACO'11

With as workshops for children ...

What vision of the world children can they express through art? That's the theme developed by the project "Painting for Life set up during the Art Fair Monaco from March 31 to April 3 at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco.

Children must realize and 150 paintings during the three days of the Show between 14:00 and 20:00. Each child will have two hours at his disposal. Pictures will be taken of each work with its respective artist and it will also have the chance to describe and comment upon its creation.
A book will be produced by the organizing committee, 10 000 copies which are then sold. Profits from this sale will go to benefit "Monaco Armenia Children's Fund: Gift for Life" as well as each association participating in this project.
A selection committee will choose the ten best works and these will be auctioned off during Brunch held Sunday, April 3 (the price of brunch is $ 60 per person). Other works will be exhibited in a gallery interested in supporting the event. These tables may also be sold and profits will also be distributed among various humanitarian organizations in the Principality.

Around a panel of eminent experts, Art Monaco'11 time offers a series of conferences to consider "The growing awareness of art and other collector's items as investment assets.
